Account & Verification
How do I create a NODITRA account?

Click "Get Started" on the homepage and enter your email address and a strong password. You'll receive a verification email β€” click the link within 24 hours to confirm your email. You can then log in and start exploring the platform.

To trade, you'll also need to complete identity verification (KYC) from your Account Settings page. This takes 1–3 business days after document submission.

How long does identity verification (KYC) take?

Most submissions are reviewed within 1–3 business days. During high-traffic periods, this may extend to 5 business days. You'll be notified by email once your verification is approved or if additional documents are needed.

Accepted documents include: Korean National ID card, passport (any nationality), or Korean Alien Registration Card.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each person may hold only one verified NODITRA account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent verification, trading limits, or fee tiers is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in permanent account suspension.

Why was my account suspended?

Accounts may be suspended for: failed KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, AML/compliance triggers, or violation of Terms of Use. You'll receive an email explaining the reason. If you believe the suspension is in error, contact Customer Support with your account details.

Trading
How do I place a buy or sell order?

On the exchange page, select your trading pair from the market list on the left. In the order panel, choose "Buy" or "Sell," select your order type (Limit or Market), enter the quantity and (for limit orders) your target price, then click "Buy" or "Sell" to confirm.

What is the difference between a Market order and a Limit order?

Market Order: Executes immediately at the best available price. Best for urgent entries/exits. You don't control the exact execution price.

Limit Order: Executes only when the market reaches your specified price. Best for precise entry/exit levels. Your order may sit in the order book unfilled if the price never reaches your target.

Why is my order not being filled?

If you placed a limit order, it will only fill when a counterparty is willing to trade at your specified price. In low-liquidity markets, this may take time or never occur. You can cancel the order at any time from your Open Orders panel.

If your market order is taking longer than expected, check for platform-wide announcements on the Notice Board.

Can I cancel a pending order?

Yes. Go to the "Open Orders" tab in the trading panel and click the cancel icon (Γ—) next to the order. Cancellation is instant as long as the order hasn't been matched yet. Partially filled orders can be cancelled and the unfilled portion will be returned to your available balance.

Fees
What are NODITRA's trading fees?

Standard trading fees are 0.04% for maker (posting an order to the book) and 0.06% for taker (matching an existing order). Volume-based fee discounts are available for traders with 30-day volume above 500M KRW.

When are fees charged?

Trading fees are deducted at the moment of trade execution. The fee is taken from the asset you are receiving: if you buy BTC with KRW, the fee is deducted in KRW. If you sell BTC for KRW, the fee is deducted in KRW from the proceeds.

Deposits & Withdrawals
How long do deposits take?

KRW deposits via bank transfer typically appear within 10 minutes (up to 2 hours during delays). Crypto deposits require a minimum number of block confirmations depending on the network: Bitcoin requires 2 confirmations (~20 minutes), Ethereum requires 12 confirmations (~2.5 minutes), and other chains vary.

What are the withdrawal limits?

Unverified accounts: No withdrawals permitted. Verified accounts: Up to 100,000,000 KRW equivalent per day for crypto, 50,000,000 KRW per day for KRW bank transfers.

I sent crypto to the wrong address. Can I recover it?

Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are irreversible. NODITRA cannot recover funds sent to incorrect external addresses. Always double-check the destination address before confirming any withdrawal. NODITRA is not liable for losses caused by incorrect address entry.

Security
How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Go to Account Settings β†’ Security β†’ Two-Factor Authentication. Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy), scan the QR code shown on screen, and enter the 6-digit code to confirm activation. 2FA is required for all withdrawals and is strongly recommended for all accounts.

NODITRA will never ask for my password β€” is that correct?

Correct. NODITRA staff will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or private keys via any channel (email, phone, KakaoTalk, or otherwise). If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it immediately to [email protected]. See our Phishing Report page for how to verify official NODITRA communications.

How do I report a security vulnerability?
