Youth Protection Policy
NODITRA is committed to preventing minors from accessing digital asset trading services, in compliance with Korean law and international best practices.

NODITRA strictly prohibits participation by persons under 19 years of age (μ²μλ
μ΄μ©λΆκ°). Digital asset trading involves significant financial risk and is not appropriate for minors.
1. Policy Statement
NODITRA Exchange Inc. recognizes its responsibility under Korea's Act on the Protection of Youth from Sexual Exploitation and other relevant statutes to prevent participation by individuals who have not reached legal adulthood (age 19 in the Republic of Korea). This policy details the measures we take to enforce this restriction and how harmful incidents can be reported.
2. Age Verification Requirements
- All users must complete identity verification (KYC) before trading, depositing, or withdrawing funds.
- Valid government-issued photo ID showing date of birth is required (Korean National ID card, passport, or foreign resident registration card).
- Accounts where the holder is found to be under 19 are immediately suspended and any deposited funds returned via the original payment channel.
- Users who provide false age information during registration are in breach of the Terms of Use and may be subject to legal action.
3. Technical Safeguards
- Date of birth is verified against government records via our KYC partner system during the onboarding process.
- Automated alerts flag accounts where inconsistencies in the stated age and behavioral patterns are detected.
- Account security reviews are triggered when login locations, device fingerprints, or usage patterns suggest potential unauthorized access by a minor.

All reports are confidential. Confirmed cases are escalated to the Youth Protection Representative within 24 hours.
