Terms governing access to and use of the NODITRA Open API and NODIT developer platform.
These Open API Terms ("API Terms") supplement the NODITRA Terms of Use and apply specifically to users who obtain API keys and access NODITRA's programmatic interfaces, including the REST API, WebSocket streams, and NODIT node APIs. By generating an API key, you accept these API Terms in full.
2.1 API keys are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your API key, secret, or session tokens with any third party.
2.2 Keys must be stored securely β never in public repositories, client-side JavaScript, or unencrypted config files.
2.3 You may generate, rotate, and revoke API keys at any time from your Account Settings page.
2.4 NODITRA will not be held liable for losses caused by exposed or compromised API keys due to user negligence.
3.1 All API endpoints are subject to rate limiting as published in the API Documentation. Current limits:
3.2 Intentionally circumventing rate limits (IP rotation, key cycling, distributed flooding) is prohibited and will result in permanent API access revocation.
3.3 NODITRA reserves the right to throttle or temporarily restrict API access during system load events without prior notice.
4.1 Permitted: Automated trading strategies, portfolio management tools, data analytics, market monitoring, bona fide algorithm development.
4.2 Prohibited:
5.1 Market data accessed via the API (order books, trade history, candlestick data) may be used internally for your own trading. Redistribution or resale requires a separate data licensing agreement.
5.2 NODITRA retains all intellectual property rights to its API responses, data schemas, and system architecture.
5.3 Aggregated statistics derived from NODITRA data may be published if NODITRA is cited as the source and the data cannot be used to reconstruct raw order book data.
6.1 NODITRA targets 99.9% API uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6.2 Breaking API changes will be announced in the Notice Board at least 30 days before deprecation, except in cases of security risk where immediate deprecation may be required.
6.3 Legacy API versions (v1, v2) are maintained for 6 months after a major version release, after which they may be retired without further notice.
NODITRA may revoke API access immediately and without notice for violations of these API Terms, the general Terms of Use, or applicable law. Revocation does not entitle the user to any refund or compensation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NODITRA Exchange Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the API, including losses caused by trading algorithms you deploy.
